How to pay your water bill:

1) NEW: Pay your bill online. To visit the payment processor page and access your bill, click here.

Your “customer code” is your account number, as listed on your bill. (Ex: if your account number appears on your bill as 0235, enter all of those digits, not just 235.)

Bills are available to pay online on or after the 6th of the month. Provide your email address to get notifications when your bill is available to pay online. Optionally, you can set up an account with Xpress-pay to save your information and sign up for automatic monthly payments.

2) Mail a check to: PO Box 37, Cerrillos, NM, 87010

3) Drop payment at the Madrid Water drop box, located at the radio station building (2870 Highway 14)
